Appointments & Cancellations

To ensure every client enjoys a smooth, personalised experience, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Each session is reserved especially for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments may prevent another client from enjoying that time. To respect everyone’s schedule and maintain our high standard of care, the following fees apply:

  • Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours: 50% of the treatment cost
  • Cancelling within 24 hours or not attending: 100% of the treatment cost
  • Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment, with the full fee still applicable

We truly appreciate your understanding — it allows us to dedicate our full attention and care to you and every client.

Gift Cards
Our gift cards are valid for six months and are for treatments only. They cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced, or extended after expiry. Each gift card is for one person, in a single visit.
Minimum Age & Parental Consent
  • Intimate waxing: clients must be 18+, or 16–17 with parental/guardian consent.
  • Eyebrows, legs, arms, underarms: available for 13–15 year-olds, with parental presence and consent.
No Refunds & Complaints
All services are non-refundable, but your satisfaction matters. If you have any concerns, please let us know immediately during or after your appointment, so we can address them promptly.
Advanced Procedures
If you’ve recently had treatments such as injectables, chemical peels, or microblading, we recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before booking a facial. This ensures your skin responds safely and your results last longer.
Medical Conditions & Contraindications

Your safety is our priority. Some conditions may mean we need to adjust or postpone your treatment, including:

  • Burns, sunburn, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, broken capillaries, bruising, or moles in the treatment area
  • Medications affecting skin sensitivity or healing — please let us know before your appointment.
